Eligibility:–
10+2 with science stream especially Mathematics stream. There is some college which seeks 50% to 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 as minimum eligibility to pursue Mechanical Engineering. However, it differs from college to college.

Usually combined entrance examinations are conducted such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced to give admission in various colleges. Apart from this, there are few colleges that conduct their own entrance examination such as SRMJEEE, BITSAT, VITEEE, KIITEEE.
