What is an EE engineer doing?
Electrical engineering is the four-year engineering discipline concerned with the study, design, and application of equipment, devices, and systems that use electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Electrical Engineers focus on the analysis, design, development and manufacture of electrical equipment, Mechatronics technologies, and automation and control systems. Its course includes the various fields of engineerings such as computer engineering, systems engineering, power engineering, telecommunications, radio-frequency engineering, signal processing, instrumentation, and electronics. Today Electrical engineering is one of the most demanding streams both in India and abroad.
Eligibility Criteria:-
10+2 with science stream especially Mathematics stream. There are some college which seeks 50% to 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 as minimum eligibility to pursue Computer engineering. However, it differs from college to college.
Admission Process:-
Usually combined entrance examinations are conducted such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced to give admission in various colleges. Apart from this, there are few more colleges that conduct their own entrance examination such as SRMJEEE, BITSAT, VITEEE and KIITEEE
